The Lodge at Camp Butter & Egg provides 1700 square feet of meeting space in a rustic setting conveniently located near the challenge course and ballfields. Equipped with a commercial kitchen, wireless internet connection, big screen television/projector, and seating for 120, the Lodge offers an attractive environment for meetings, reunions, retreats, and social functions. Camp staff can arrange catering for events, or customers may utilize the kitchen for their own meal preparation.

Proof of Insurance Requirement:

The applicant shall provide and maintain general liability insurance and coverage shall be in the amount of $1 million for bodily injury, and property damage. Each policy required by this clause shall be endorsed to state that the coverage shall not be cancelled or changed except after 30 days written notice has been given to Pierce Enterprises, LLC. Use of facility will be denied if satisfactory proof of the required insurance is not received prior to the event. Facility user hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pierce Enterprises, LLC, its owners, employees, and volunteers from and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses that may arise during or be caused in anyway by such occupancy or use of facilities.  If you can't provide Liability Insurance for your event, we can make arrangements to have your event covered through our insurance contacts at a very reasonable price.  Please contact us for information concerning this matter.
